Partnering Payment Information
Partnering is open to Unlimited Full Conference, Limited Session and Unlimited 1-Day (Monday - Wednesday) registrants only.

This fee is a company fee (only one person per company should pay). The registration system will alert members from the same company when the partnering fee has been paid.

The partnering fee is as follows:

• BIO Members, US $600;
• Non-BIO Members, $850. 

This fee is a company fee (only one person per company should pay this fee). 

Your attendance fee and your Partnering option fee will be calculated automatically and your credit card will be charged for both. 

Photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or government issued photo ID) required at check-in. 

Please note:

BIO cannot guarantee that participants will get a specific number of meetings nor can BIO guarantee that participants will get all of the meetings requested. 

Before any meeting is scheduled:  

1. The other party must agree to the meeting;

2. Both parties need to have mutually available time slots (please complete your availability) and;

3.  There must be available space. 

Note that the BIO Partnering System is intended primarily for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, academic and research institutions, and investors. 

Companies selected to present in the Business Forum are automatically enrolled in the Partnering Forum.  The Partnering fee is nonrefundable and not transferable.
