BioParks Returns to Boston
BioParks returns to Boston, a city renowned as a center of academia, research and technology commercialization and innovation. This popular conference, opening in advance of the 2007 BIO International Convention, brings together research park directors and incubator managers, technology commercialization experts, and the university community to explore new paradigms in the development and commercialization of promising new life sciences technologies.
For BioParks 2007, the program will include a focus on emerging models of life sciences technology commercialization and translational research and how research parks, universities and academic medical centers support these activities.
In addition, break out sessions will examine current trends in regional life sciences commercialization efforts from an international perspective, current and best practices related to university-industry models of collaboration and commercialization and new approaches to planning and financing research park development.
