Dave DeMarco is a Principal in Ernst & Young’s Global Pharmaceutical Practice. In particular, Mr. DeMarco serves as the global coordinating Principal for the Johnson & Johnson family of companies. He is responsible for coordinating service delivery and quality of all E&Y services worldwide for J&J.
Mr. DeMarco led a successful career at numerous companies including Cambrex Corporation, where served as a Corporate Officer and VP of Strategy & Corporate Development, and Sanofi-Aventis Dermatology, where he launched a portfolio of products worldwide. Prior to joining Sanofi-Aventis, Mr. DeMarco was a CP/Partner in the Global Life Sciences practice for Capgemini Ernst & Young where he started and built the Aventis North America Account. He was also a member of the Life Sciences Strategy & Transformation Leadership Team while at Capgemini. His diverse career began as a scientist at Amoco Chemical Company.
While at Sanofi-Aventis Dermatology, Mr. DeMarco served as interim General Manager of the European Dermatology business and set that struggling business on a turn-around path.
In 1974, Mr. DeMarco earned his B.S. in chemistry from Grove City College. Afterwards, in 1982, Mr. DeMarco received his PhD in Chemistry. He also attended Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management from 1988 to 1990.
Dave is married with two children. He is an avid golfer and enjoys the outdoors.
