Payment Policy

• Registration forms will NOT be processed without full payment of registration fee.  Payment must be in U.S. dollars and must accompany mailed registration form.
• Fees are subject to verification based on BIO member status. Additional funds will be charged to your credit card if the registration amount was miscalculated.
• Your account will automatically be charged the late/on-site fee if your registration form is received online or by mail after March 23, 2007.
• By submitting the registration form, you agree to all payment terms and conditions.
• Please do not send registration forms by express mail courier services (e.g., DHL, Federal Express or UPS).  The bank will not accept packages that require a signature.

1. Credit Card Payment

   • Register for the 2007 BIO International Convention online with a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
   • We no longer accept credit card payment by fax. You must register online if using a credit card. 
   • Register early to take advantage of the early discounted registration rate. Online registration will remain live from the onset of advance registration through the close of the conference.

2. Check Payment

   • Registration forms with check payments must be received by Citibank on or before March 30, 2007, to be processed.  After this date, please bring a check with you to the On-site Registration Counter located in the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC).
   • Please reference registrant’s name on the check.  Make checks payable to BIO. Mail check with registration form(s) to:

3. Wire Transfer Payment

   • Fax wire payment registration form(s) to +1.202.589.2545. Indicate in payment area that wire payment has been processed. Forms will not be entered into the registration system until payment has been received. Please DO NOT mail registration forms to Citibank. Wire registrations are incomplete if either payment or registration forms have not been received.
   • Wire transfer payments must be received by Citibank on or before March 30, 2007 to be processed in advance. Please be advised that wire payments may take a minimum of two weeks for receipt.
