Refund Policy

1. Refund requests received and approved by the BIO Conventions and Conferences Department on or before May 9, 2007 will receive a refund less a U.S. $150 administrative fee.
2. Email requests to reg2007@bio.org.

Refund requests will be processed based on the following criteria:

• If there is a BIO member/non-member discrepancy.
• If your company joined BIO on or before May 9, 2007.
• If you received a complimentary registration after you registered and paid.  Complimentary registration code numbers expire May 9, 2007. 
• If you were accepted to speak after you registered and paid.

Refund requests WILL NOT be approved for the following:

• The cancellation request is received after March 23, 2007.
• Exhibit Hall registration purchased in advance or on-site.
• Reception packages purchased by Exhibit Booth Personnel in advance.
• Downgrading from one registration category to another.
• Complimentary or reduced rate code numbers must be redeemed by the last day of the convention, May 9, 2007.  Code numbers are void after May 9, 2007.  Refunds will not be issued after that date.
