Booth and Pricing Information
Choose from a variety of exhibiting options, from open space on the general show floor to participation in one of the 60+ pavilions. Interested in joining or organizing a pavilion? Available at $38 per square foot for BIO members and $42 for non-members, open exhibit space must be reserved in 10' x10' increments (100 square foot minimum). Exhibit space assignments are handled on a first come, first served basis. We offer three booth types:Corner, island, and linear options are provided. Both a corner booth and island configuration are great choices for maximum exposure. They allow visibility from more then one side, ultimately increasing your traffic flow. When available, corner booths carry an additional one-time charge of $400; an island configuration has an additional one-time charge of $600.
