Centralized Individualized View the 2006 list of domestic and international pavilions. BIO recognizes a pavilion as a group of four or more 10'x10' booths containing two or more companies. Pavilions are totally integrated with individual exhibits in the Exhibit Hall. Organizing a PavilionAll pavilion requests require a Pavilion Fee. Pavilion Fees are in addition to applicable exhibit fees and include pertinent benefits. The charts below outline the fee requirements associated with each pavilion size and the related benefits. Large pavilion organizers are required to work within the allotted space to develop a layout that is both attractive and beneficial for the companies within the pavilion. All pavilion designs must be in accordance with the regulations put forth by BIO, the Fire Marshall, and BCEC Authorities. Pavilion assignments are based on size, sponsorship level and previous BIO International Convention pavilion participation. Pavilion space is limited; BIO reserves the right to restrict or deny any pavilion request(s) due to space limitations.
Pavilion BenefitsAll organizers who pay the Pavilion Fee will be entitled to the following benefits:
First Time PavilionsFirst-time pavilions will be limited to 1,000 square feet. First-time pavilion organizers must submit an Exhibit Contract to the BIO Exhibits Team. These pavilion requests will not receive preference over individual exhibit applications and will be considered based on the date the application is received. Pavilions that were not represented at BIO 2006 will be treated as a first-time pavilion regardless of any previous BIO International Convention participation. Exhibiting Within a PavilionIt is important for companies/organizations that are interested in participating in a regional pavilion to contact BIO and the Pavilion Organizers for specific details. As the host, Pavilion organizers may choose to deny a company's participation if it does not represent the overall theme or mission of the pavilion as outlined by the organizer. In this case, BIO will make every effort to accommodate the applicant in a space on the general floor. Read the BIO Pavilion Guidelines (PDF, 88KB) |
