Payment and Policies
Payment Schedule:
It is very important to follow the payment terms in order to keep your assigned space. There is often a waiting list for exhibiting and we strive to be fair to all exhibitors.
20% deposit within 30 days of signing 2007 BIO International Convention Exhibit Space Contract.
50% additional deposit due September 15, 2006.
30% final payment due January 15, 2007.
If you submit a contract after the September 15 deadline, a 70% payment is due upon initial invoice; after January 15, the total balance is due upon initial invoice.
Payment Types
BIO accepts three forms of payment: credit card, check, and/or wire transfer.
Credit Cards
You may submit your credit card details with your application; this credit card will be submitted for payment within 48 hours. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your payment to be processed by our Accounting Department.
Upon booth placement, you will receive an invoice. This invoice will outline the amount due and provide a link to an online payment option. At this stage, you will be able to manipulate the amount that you would like charged to your card. Again, please allow up to seven (7) business days for your payment to be processed, at which time you will receive a receipt.
Checks
Checks should be made payable to BIO. Please include the exhibiting company's name, order number, and the code "EXH07" on the check to expedite payment. Please send payments to the following address:

Cancellation Policy
Once a signed contract has been submitted to BIO, an exhibitor is subject to our cancellation policy. Please note that exhibitors must pay all cancellation fees:
- The 20% deposit on an exhibit contract is non-refundable.
- Space cancellations between September 15, 2006, and January 15, 2007 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for exhibit space cancellations after January 15, 2007. Those exhibitors will be obligated to pay the total rental cost of the exhibit space as outlined in the exhibitor contract.
- Exhibitors who fail to occupy their exhibit space by 5:00 pm, Sunday,
May 6, 2007 will forfeit the space. No refunds will be issued under these
circumstances.
