The official BIO housing block is 99% sold out.

If you receive a “SOLD-OUT” message while trying to book a room on the BIO housing website, we recommend the following:

1. Contact the BIO Housing Company, Wyndham Jade, in order to be added to a wait list for preferred accommodations. Please note that Wyndham Jade and BIO cannot guarantee that accommodations will become available in one of the official hotels.

2. Accommodations Outside the BIO Housing Block
   The following options are available to secure accommodations outside the BIO housing block during the Convention:

Hotels outside the BIO housing block will NOT be serviced by BIO Shuttle!

Guarantee/Deposit Information

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit equal to the amount of one night’s room rate plus tax (currently 12.45 percent and subject to change). Credit cards will be charged immediately. Requests received without a deposit will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Hotel deposits will be refunded if cancellation notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival. Hotel deposits will NOT be refunded if cancellation notice is received six (6) or fewer days prior to scheduled arrival.

Hotel Room Rates

To take advantage of the discounted BIO hotel rates, get your request in prior to 5:00 pm (CST), April 6, 2007. Please note discounted rooms are based on availability, regardless of when a request is received.

Hotel requests received after April 6, 2007, will be processed based on availability and rate. We cannot guarantee discounted rates after April 6, 2007.

For attendees of the BIO International Convention, we offer complimentary shuttle service to and from all official event hotels and the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). Shuttle service will not be provided for any other hotels (not on the hotel list) in the Boston area.

Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your reserved room in writing once your signed contract is returned. If you do not, please contact the BIO/Wyndham Jade Housing Bureau at:
