BIO has contracted over 30 hotels in Boston to accommodate BIO attendees. Based on past years’ experience, the official BIO room block sells out quickly, so early booking is strongly encouraged.

10 OR MORE ROOMS: NEW GROUP PROCEDURES
Group definition
For 2007, a group is defined as needing ten (10) or more sleeping rooms on the nights of May 6th or May 7th, 2007.
Procedure
- Submit a Group Block Request form
- You will receive a group contract holding your rooms on a tentative basis.
- Sign and return your group contract within five (5) business days to hold your rooms on a definite basis.
- Submit your rooming list plus one night’s deposit (room/tax) for each reservation in the block by March 1, 2007.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your definite room block in writing once your signed contract is returned. If you do not, please contact the BIO/Wyndham Jade Housing Bureau at
