TITLE: From Marie Curie to the Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster: focus on recent research development
SUBTITLE: Exhibit and lecture by Jean-Pierre Saintouil, Chief Executive Officer of the Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster of Toulouse, France

The French Library Alliance Française of Boston and the Consulate General of France in Boston (Office of Science and Technology) are delighted to invite you to an exhibition on the life of Marie Curie and a lecture at the French Library Alliance Française Monday, May 7 at 6:30 pm.  Jean-Pierre Saintouil, Chief Executive Officer of the Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster of Toulouse, France, will speak on The Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster: a unique and broad approach throughout the continuum of Cancer.

The lecture coincides with the annual BIO conference taking place this year at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center May 6-9. Following the lecture, attendees will be able to meet and converse in the warm atmosphere of the French Library Alliance Française while enjoying the Marie Curie Exhibition that will be on display for this occasion.

About the Speaker
With a degree in Biochemistry followed by a degree in Strategic Business Management at the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP) in Paris, Mr. Saintouil’s experience includes 25 years of international sales, strategic marketing, technology transfer and business development.  Former Strategic Marketing Director for Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur, Beckman Coulter and Bio-Rad, he was Director of the Office of Technology Transfer at the Institut Pasteur in charge of the licensing of diagnostics, vaccines and therapeutics patents. He has been, since February 2007, the CEO of the Cancer-Bio-Health Cluster in Toulouse.
