What We’re Offering 

Throughout the 2007 BIO International Convention, BIO has retained DWJ Television to provide video, TV and radio broadcast services, and webcasting and podcasting.

DWJ will operate a radio booth and two television interview positions for registered participants to use (subject to availability)—with DWJ’s cameras and crew, or your own. Editing will also be on site.

DWJ Television is an industry leader in producing and distributing video for biotechnology, healthcare and medical companies. DWJ’s clients include some of the most prestigious corporations and government agencies in the field. 

Before the Show

DWJ Television can shoot footage and edit a video for your exhibit booth or B-roll/soundbites for news broadcasters.

At the Show

Along with operating the basic facilities mentioned above, DWJ Television can:

• provide multiple camera crews to videotape convention participants;
• book live and taped remote interviews with national and local television and radio reporters;
• deliver news footage from the convention via satellite, fiber and Pathfire; and
• produce and distribute webcasts and podcasts of presentations, meetings and exhibit booth events. 

DWJ will produce and distribute radio newsfeeds daily throughout the convention.  DWJ will also maintain live fiber and satellite capability 24/7 for the delivery of important corporate news and interviews throughout the convention—to any and all TV stations in the U.S. or even abroad.

After the Show

DWJ Television can edit highlight videos for emailing to customers, colleagues and staff members. Results for broadcast and Internet projects will be tracked using Nielsen SIGMA and PrimeNewswire.
