Payment Methods

• Registration forms will NOT be processed without full payment of registration fee.  Payment must be in US dollars and must accompany mailed registration form.
• Fees are subject to verification based on BIO member status.  Additional funds will be charged to your credit card if the registration amount was miscalculated.
• Your account will automatically be charged the late/on-site fee if your registration form is received by Web or mail after March 23, 2007.
• By submitting the registration form, you agree to all payment terms and conditions.
• Please do not send registration forms by express mail courier services (e.g., DHL, Federal Express or UPS).  The bank will not accept packages that require a signature.
• Payment must be in US dollars and must accompany any mailed registration forms.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

• Register online with a credit card.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
• We no longer accept credit card payment by fax.  You must register online if using a credit card. 
• Register early to take advantage of the early bird registration rate.  Web registration will remain live from the onset of advance registration through the close of the conference.

Check and Wire Transfer payment registration forms will be available by the beginning of December.

CHECK PAYMENT 

Registration forms with check payments must be received by Citibank on or before March 30, 2007, to be processed. After March 30, 2007, please bring your check with you to the on-site registration counter located in the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC).

• Mailed forms must be postmarked on or before March 23, 2007, to qualify for early bird rate.

WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT

• FAX wire payment registration form(s) to (202) 488-0993.  Printable registration forms are located on the Web site, www.bio2007.org.  Indicate in payment area that wire payment has been processed.  Forms will not be entered into the registration system until payment has been received.  Please DO NOT mail registration forms to the bank.  Wire transfer registrations are incomplete if either payment or registration forms have not been received.
• Wire transfer payments must be received by Citibank on or before March 30, 2007, to be processed in advance. Please be advised that wire payments may take a minimum of two weeks for receipt.
• Please advise  BIO registration customer service via email at reg2007@bio.org when you have faxed your forms and sent information to your bank.

• You will receive an email confirmation of your registration after your wire payment and registration forms have been received and your registration has been processed in the database.
• If you are registering individuals from different companies, please indicate the above information for each company. Your registration will be delayed if required information is incomplete.
