Networking Receptions
Our networking receptions are world–class events that provide strategic visibility and corporate messaging opportunities. BIO provides all food and beverage, planning, venue, décor, corporate recognition signage, and shuttle bus service for each reception, with no additional costs to the sponsor(s).
BIO Board of Directors and 2007 BIO Steering Committee Reception
$35,000 – six opportunities (three sold; three available)
This is an exclusive, invitation–only reception with the BIO Board of Directors, 2007 BIO Steering Committee members, top industry leaders and special guests. A distinguished venue is a hallmark of the event. Take advantage of an excellent on–site opportunity to target your corporate message to a premier audience. Each co–sponsor will receive four (4) invitations to the event.

Investor and Business Development Reception

An exclusive, invitation–only event, this reception is 2007 BIO's premier gathering of CEOs, business development and licensing executives, financial investment and venture capital representatives. More than 500 individuals will attend to network, discuss deals, and have fun. Co–sponsors will receive invitations to the reception based on their level of support.

CEO Reception
$50,000 – six opportunities (three sold; three available)
The CEO Reception is an exclusive, invitation-only reception for 600 of the most senior executives in the biotech industry, as well as government leaders, and is held in a sophisticated off–site venue. Co–sponsoring this reception enhances corporate recognition and grants many opportunities to advance your corporate message. Each co–sponsor will receive five (5) reception invitations.

Public Officials Reception 
$50,000 - three opportunities
This exclusive, invitation-only reception welcomes all public officials and dignitaries—international, federal, state and local—to the 2007 BIO International Convention. Co-sponsors can display company promotional materials and giveaways at the event. Each co-sponsor receives five (5) invitations to the reception.

Closing Reception

An informal networking opportunity is offered at the Closing Reception. This event is typically held at a landmark location in the host city, and is open to all full–conference attendees. The sponsor can display company promotional materials and giveaways at the event.

Welcoming Reception

This high-energy, high-profile reception welcomes attendees to the 2007 BIO International Convention and features a venue that is guaranteed to leave an indelible impression. The event is open to all full–conference and Monday–only registrants. Gala Reception 
$300,000
Join BIO to host this networking event at a stunning location in Boston. More than 3,000 guests are expected to attend from an industry-wide audience. This reception is open to all full–conference and Tuesday–only registrants. Lead sponsors can display promotional materials and giveaways at the event, and all sponsors receive additional reception tickets (TBD).

Breakfast and Lunch Sessions
Featuring top–notch speakers (past guests have included Bill Clinton, Bernie Mac, and Earvin “Magic” Johnson) plus a host of industry leaders and Nobel Laureates, the 2007 BIO breakfast and lunch sessions will be as exhilarating as they are thought provoking. These sessions are open to all full–conference registrants on a space available basis. Sponsor benefits include recognition signage, a speaking role for your CEO (three–minute maximum), reserved seating, a three–minute corporate video to be shown during meal service, and the placement of promotional materials and giveaways at each place setting. All signage, food, and beverage will be provided by BIO, with no additional costs to the sponsor. (BIO maintains control over plenary program and speakers and reserves the right to determine plenary session style – banquet seating versus theater seating.)
