Volunteer Recognition Program
$50,000 (available)
BIO will place sponsor logo on all volunteer shirts during the event. Shirts will be worn by volunteers from regional biotech companies and distributed to members of the Executive Committee, Steering Committee and the BIO Board of Directors. Sponsor will also receive on-site signage with their logo at the volunteer registration desk.

myBIO
$25,000 - two opportunities (one sold; one available)
myBIO is hte personal show planner that intelligently mines through the 2007 BIO International Convention community and finds the knowledge, people and products most closely matched to meeting attendees' objectives. myBIO is a free web-based service that ctivates when attendees register for the show. Sponsor benefits includ elogo recognition on all myBIO online pages and printous; reserve of one free "keyword" within the serach so that sponsor is found easily by attendees; and sponsor recognition signage at myBIo information cou nter at at five (5) stations set up throughout the convention ceneter. Exhibit Hall Internet Café
$25,000 - two opportunities (one sold; one available)
Prominently located in the exhibit hall, this Internet café is open to all attendees and exhibitors. Seating and tables, along with stationary PCs (a minimum of 15 PCs) and wireless Internet connectivity, is provided by BIO with no additional cost to the sponsor(s). Sponsor logo will be placed on signage, as well as the conference menu screens, screen savers and mouse pads at the stationary PCs. And new this year, sponsor logo will also be placed on cardboard screens that wrap each PC monitor. Sponsor also has the opportunity to display company promotional materials.

Internet Cafés
$35,000 - four opportunities (three sold; one available)
Internet cafés will be located in six high traffic areas throughout the convention center (not in the exhibit hall). This sponsorship yields remarkable on-site visibility for the entire conference. By sponsoring an internet café, you will have exclusive sponsorship of one internet café location. (There will be a minimum of eight PCs at each café.) Sponsor logo will be placed on internet café signage, conference menu screens, screensavers, and on mouse pads at your sponsored café. In addition, there will be a hyperlink to your website on the conference menu screen. Sponsor also has the opportunity to display company promotional materials and/or giveaways. And new this year, receive additional recognition with logo placement on cardboard screens that wrap each PC monitor.

Information Kiosks
$35,000 - three opportunities (one sold; two available)
Information kiosks are fully staffed and strategically located within the convention center - there will be three information kiosk locations. Sponsor receives corporate logo recognition with signage provided by BIO, plus the opportunity to display company materials and promotional giveaways. Sponsor is invited to have a representative(s) staff their sponsored information kiosk and network with attendees.

Speaker Gifts

A speaker gift featuring your logo will be provided to nearly 1,200 speakers from educational sessions, plenary sessions and Business Forum presentations.

2007 BIO Newsstand
$25,000 (available)
Located in a high-traffic area, your company can be the host of the BIO Newsstand. This area is a staffed kiosk with displays offering newspapers and industry trade publications. BIO will distribute your publication as well, and build the newsstand without cost to you. Sponsor will receive recognition on Newsstand signage. As an additional benefit, we will have plastic literature bags on stands available for the attendee to place their literature in. The bag will have your logo on one side and the BIO event logo on the other. Approximately 10,000 bags will be produced.

Meeting Bags

This is an exceptional corporate promotional opportunity. Your logo is strategically placed on approximately 16,000 meeting bags given to full–conference, session-only and exhibit booth personnel registrants. The sponsorship yields maximum corporate visibility for the entire convention and beyond, as registrants take the meeting bags home to use in their own communities.

Lanyards

Each attendee's name badge comes with a lanyard that will feature your logo. Approximately 20,000 will be produced. You will receive tremendous visibility for the entire conference.

Shuttle Bus 
$75,000
Reach a captive audience by placing your logo on shuttle bus signage outside the convention center and all convention hotels and offsite venues. BIO will also place your logo on shuttle-bus route information flyers, distributed to all participating conference hotels and at the convention center's information kiosks. And new this year, receive even greater exposure by showing a promotional video on shuttle buses. (Video service will be available on approximately 40% of shuttle bus fleet. Sponsor is responsible for producing video.)

2007 BIO Pocket Guide 
$120,000
The 2007 BIO Pocket Guide will be the go-to tool for all attendees, as it includes the convention agenda, maps, information about the Business Forum, education session schedule, exhibitor and sponsor listings, and other must have logistical information for the entire convention. The Pocket Guide will be distributed all four days of the convention - Sunday through Wednesday at registration with the attendee bags, and other key common areas. The sponsor logo(s) will be placed on the front cover. In addition, an exclusive sponsor would occupy the inside front cover and back covers of the guide. The sponsor company description/advertisement will be included inside the guide. Estimated distribution is 20,000.

Hotel Key Cards

This sponsorship is an exceptional corporate promotional opportunity at 2007 BIO. The exclusive sponsor receives prominent corporate logo placement on key cards of the official 2007 BIO hotels to be distributed Sunday, May 6 through Tuesday, May 8. (Participating hotels and additional marketing fees are to be determined by BIO.)

Mint Dispensers

These convenient mint dispensers will feature the sponsor’s name and/or logo on the front of the case. (The case is a rectangle 3” x 1 ¾” plastic case.) Available colors include translucent blue, clear, cool white, red, orange and green. With the attendees talking and networking, they will appreciate the supply of breath freshening mints!

Ballpoint Recoil Pen

Carabineer Highlighter

This handy carabineer highlighter will feature sponsor’s name and/or logo and will be included in all attendee bags. The highlighter is 5 3/16” x 5/8” x 3/8” with contrast trim and a chisel point. BIO Attendee Water Bottle and Water Stations

Now here is a thirst quenching opportunity to be appreciated by all attendees. Your company name and/or logo can be featured on all the water bottles located in the side pocket of the attendee meeting bags. There is no actual water in the bottle, but as part of the sponsorship, we will place five water bottle stations in key areas of the convention center for attendees to fill up their bottles. Water stations will also feature company name and/or logo.
